THE  HEALTHY  DOG  and CAT  EVENT

with ELINOR SILVERSTEIN

Healthful nutrition and healthy living for your companion animal and you

Elinor

What a treat! Elinor Silverstein, a health and nutrition expert, will conduct a pet food cooking class and share easy, economical and practical tips for healthful living which will benefit your companion animal and you!

Elinor is founder of The Healthy Dog and Cat, has Degrees in Biology and Zoology and has over 30 years experience cooking for pets. She studied with Linda Tellington-Jones, the creator of TTOUCH for over 25 years. Elinor, cousin of Dr. Feldenkrais, is a long time practitioner of The Feldenkrais Method of somatic learning and dynamically teaches people how to reconnect with mind and body.

"The focus of Elinor's teachings is not expensive organic ingredients, or strange imported supplements. Instead, she simply stresses fresh foods: meats, fruits, grains, and vegetables. While organic foods are almost always better, fresh foods, she says, are the real secret." - Sarah Graham of Shoestring Magazine.
